Is this an insurance plan?

No, this is not an insurance plan. Our savings plan provides you with discounted prices on a wide range of health care services and products. You will pay for services at the discounted price at the time services are received.

How soon can I start using the plan?

You can start using the plan right away. Simply choose the effective date for the current month you are in when joining.

Can members use CareCredit to pay for treatment discounted by the Digital Smiles Plan?

Yes. Patients can apply for CareCredit when using the Digital Smiles Plan.

Can the Digital Smiles Plan be combined with other in-house promotions?

No, the Digital Smiles Plan cannot be combined with any discounts, including in-house promotions and deals.

Does the Digital Smiles Plan renew automatically?

Yes, it will renew annually on the 1st of the effective month. You will receive a notice in the mail to remind you of the automatic renewal.

How do I upgrade my plan level to add family members?

Please call Member Services at (833) 850-7835. You will be able to continue using the member ID card you received in the mail.

If members use the savings plan after they have maxed out their insurance benefits, do we remove their insurance type and replace it with the Digital Smiles Plan or can they have both?
